Restaurant Style Salsa is always an easy and cheap staple to have around the house, company always loves salsa. Here is my recipe that I love.
2 medium onions roughly chopped
6 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
7 fresh jalapenos (not jarred), half of them seeded
2 lbs. of whole peeled tomatoes (not canned)
Juice of 4 limes and zest of 1
Put all ingredients into food processor and pulse until it has the consistency you want. Serve with chips.
