Store brought Popsicles are full of uneeded sugars and other nasty things that our kids don’t need, when you can make your own at home with real fruit.
2 1/2 cups seeded and cubed watermelon
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Granulated White Sugar
1/2 cup Fresh Rasperries (or any other berry your kids prefer
Place the watermelon, lemon juice, sugar, and raspberries into a blender, and blend on High speed until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, and insert sticks or handles. Freeze until firm, several hours or overnight.
Easy Right and so much better than the flavored sugar you buy at the store.
