Mayo and Dill Crusted Salmon
Salmon is by far my alltime favorite fish, it’s so versatile. My favorite recipes are the ones that you don’t have to measure so here is one of my favorite dishes using salmon:
1 Fillet of salmon ( any size is fine)
Mayonnaise (whatever kind floats your boat, but no Miracle whip)
Minced fresh dill (how much you use depends on your taste buds)
Brown mustard ( just a tbs)
1 lemon zested and juiced
Mix Brown Mustard and mayo together
Add lemon zest and juice
once fully incorporated spread all over salmon fillet, next add Dill all over the top.
Put on a foil lined sheet pan and bake at 375 for about 20-25 minutes depending on how you like your Salmon
